ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing – Return & Refund Policy

At ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing, every item is crafted with care, precision, and creativity. Because many of our products are custom‑designed or personalized, our return and refund guidelines are designed to protect both our customers and our small business.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom and personalized items are non‑refundable and not eligible for return.
  • These items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
  • If an error occurs on our end (wrong design, wrong color, misprint, etc.), we will gladly replace the item at no cost.

DTF (Direct to Film) & Sublimation Orders

  • All DTF prints, DTF‑applied items, and Sublimation items are non‑refundable and not eligible for return.
  • These processes create permanent, made‑to‑order designs that cannot be reused or resold.
  • If an error occurs on our end (wrong design, wrong color, misprint, etc.), we will replace the item at no cost.

Damaged or Defective Items (does not include DTF or Sublimation items)

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After 6 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Issues

  • ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
