ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing – Terms of Service

1. Overview

By placing an order with ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure a clear, fair, and consistent experience for all customers.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

• All custom, personalized, DTF, and Sublimation items are made to order.
• Production begins shortly after purchase, so changes may not be possible once work has started.
• Customers must own the rights to any images, artwork, or graphics submitted for use in customized orders. ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing is not responsible for verifying ownership.

3. Order Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting an order, including spelling, colors, sizes, and uploaded artwork.
• ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Orders will not begin production until payment is received.

5. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
• After 6 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be available.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Custom, personalized, DTF, and Sublimation items are non‑refundable and not eligible for return.

7. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.
• Once an order is shipped, ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers must own or have legal permission to use any images, logos, artwork, or graphics submitted for customized orders.
• If we have concerns about a customer’s right to use submitted artwork, we may refuse to accept the image and will gladly refund the purchase price.
• By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use it and grant ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing permission to print it.
