ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Custom, DTF, and Sublimation items may require additional production time.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on the order.
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High‑volume periods

ReagleBeagle Crafting & Printing is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
(Does not apply to DTF or Sublimation items.)
